Whew! I'm glad to hear he was not launched into space. I hear it is hard to boof without gravity.

Awwwww - I'm so glad your daddy got home safe and sound!

Pee Ess The puppy is having a doggy-bloggy-birthday party in 13 days (I know, that's an eternity in dog days) - ya wanna come to her doggy-bloggy-birthday bash? There will be lots of yummy and fun stuff to chew on!

The leetle detective in me says that Dad may be involved in the Columbus programme?

For those that don't know the European Space Agencies Columbus Laboratory was attached to the International Space Station earlier this week. Outfitting is now complete. IIRC wasn't the module was shipped to the US about the time that Dad started spending his weeks away?

I've long thought that Lurchers are a possible candidate for APSA(C)s (Astronaut Psychological Support Animal (Canine)). I can just see them roaching whilst lightly velcroed to the ceiling or with one paw hooked beneath a hand or foot hold - microgravity provides the softest of beds. I have wiled away many an hour musing on the required support equipment - a BWCG (Biological Waste Collection Garment) being MOST important along with speed upgrades, and the proper restraints, for the Treadmill.

Flat Gorby!? - Pah! - What the Space Program needs is a proper Folding Dog! :)

Is dad home for good, or at least for a little while? Or will he have to spend his weeks somewhere like that unpronounceable (Overflattenironing or summat) place near Munich?

Maybe next time you should just hide his passes so he can't get into work? They are much smaller and easier to hide properly - if you are lucky they may even shred in a satisfying manner! :>

Either your dad is a space man, or he blasts off when he gets angry......hummm.

I'm cracking my mom up tonight.

Looks like your dad has a blast at work! We are glad he is home with you again. Dads should be home to keep boofhounds happy.

I missed this. Either mistress is even more incompetent than usual or bloglines is playing up.

Myself, I would bark that it was the first, although bloglines is not perfect either.

Anyways, by now he is probably off again

Whoa, launched in space is a long way away from my food. Yer dad has a cool job I bet.

That looks like a pretty amazing job! My daddy just plays with lasers or something like that in his chemistry lab and mom? Yawn, paper, laws, blah blah blah.

Sorry we haven't stopped by in a while! You are looking good, buddy!

Woofs,
Finny (via his mama)

It's good to see a happy Boofhound! Hope you're all OK, tales of 'boofing' have been sparse recently....
