A jolly jape

I have learned a new trick which I can forsee is going to be much practised. Being slightly on the senior side has it's advantages. If I look pathetically at my food bowl, sigh, then wander off without eating, the humans get a bit concerned. So much so that they bring me left-over cottage pie in my bedroom.



Somehow, looking frail and pathetic helps when others are being forceably ejected from sofas, I get to keep my comfy spot....



And they say you can't teach an old dog new tricks.... just as well I'm a duck. (They live forever you know)
